Zamboanga City, Philippine, 9 -10 Mei 2009 - Launching of BIONAS Scheme and Jatropha Curcas Bio-Diesel Project Seminar in Philippines. Seminar at Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City, Philippine. Present were Hon. Celso L. Lobregat, Mayor, Zamboanga City, Hon. Randy Climaco, Mayor, Tungawan, Sibugay Province, Hon. Tahira Ismail,  Mayor Lantawan Sibilan, Hon.Cesar  Hurralde,  City Councilor,   Zamboanga City,   Hon. Gani Esmali,  Mayor Baligian Zamboanga  Del  Norte and more than 300 people witnessed the Agreement Signing Ceremony to buy back the harvests from 180,000 hectares planted areas in Philippine with additional 1 million hectares to be planted under the BIONAS Scheme
